Fix some minor css/html issues in custom php site with mvc architecture. Flynax software

I'm using flynax classifieds software and I have few css issues and small minor functions to fix. I've been on freelancer trying to complete this project for 7 months and have had 7 months of my time wasted. IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS PROJECT BECAUSE YOU ARE BUSY OR A SCAMMER OR LIAR OR NOT GOOD PROGRAMMER IN MVC PHP DO NOT ACCEPT PROJECT!
I've lost $700 just on this project and over 40 days time because of scamming or lying freelancers. I will offer to show source code to let you see if you understand code.
Because I washed 7 months and $3500 on this website doing minor fixes, and 40 days just on this current fix zip file in this project, I no longer have enough funds. But my budget of $300-400 is fair. If you agree, we will work always together in future on same website to update or add functions or increase scale to make site handle more traffic. Plz fix I need this done asap. I will accept longer time if budget a bit lower.
