Fix some bugs on already developed laravel website and complete it quickly.

I need the below bugs fixed on the admin side on my existing laravel based website. I need the first point done urgently first. Need all the points completed qucikly and within specifed budget.
Budget is fixed: 1500 INR
I won't consider anyone asking more than this budget.
1. In the Edit and Billing section, a discount option needs to be added. Sometimes, customers pay a lesser amount, so we need the ability to apply a discount and adjust the final billing accordingly.
2.The search bar and filter are not working properly. Please check and resolve the issue.
3. Booking Status details should be displayed on all booking pages, showing the status stages such as Pending, Accepted, Rescheduled, Ongoing, and Completed in a separate column.
4. Every day, an email should be sent to the admin with the following details: total number of orders received, completed, and cancelled; total order amount; and the net balance of each service provider. Additionally, each provider should receive a separate email with their order summary, including how many orders were assigned, completed, and cancelled, along with their current balance.
4.While placing an order, if the entered customer (by phone number or email) already exists in the database, the system should automatically update their address with the new one provided during the order process
5. When using the search bar, multiple booking entries are showing — but some of them are duplicates. Only unique booking values should be displayed. Also, when I click on some duplicate entries, it shows a 'Service Not Available' error."
6. In the admin panel, I want to have an option on the customer page to write a review as a customer
7 On all pages, including reports and other sections, when I select a particular zone (e.g., Mysore), only the data related to that zone should be displayed. For example, if I select the Mysore zone, only the service providers from Mysore should be shown — not providers from other zones. Similarly, when I select a main category, only the subcategories related to that main category should be displayed
8 Iwant the ability to sort all table columns (such as name, price, date, status, etc.) in both ascending and descending order on every page, not just for price.
9. In the admin panel, I want to add a feature that allows setting the display order for categories, subcategories, and services. For example, using a number field or drag-and-drop option so that I can control which items appear first and which appear later in the user interface
10. "After assigning roles and permissions to an employee account, I tried logging in with that account. However, when attempting to place an order, the functionality is not working — possibly due to permission restrictions or missing access rights."
11. In the admin panel, the keyword analysis function is not displaying accurate results or is failing to work as expected. It may not be detecting relevant keywords or updating the analysis data. Please investigate the backend logic, input handling, and output rendering, and fix any issues.
