Fix simple issue on PHP project mailing function.

I am looking for a PHP developer who can fix functionality problems on my project. Specifically, the project is currently experiencing issues with its functionalities. I already have the platform working, only its a simple error of HTML. and I am looking for someone who can help me to fix this issue. The project is currently using PHP 7.x, so experience with this version is ideal. The ideal candidate should have experience in fixing functionality problems, as well as a strong understanding of PHP 7.x.
The fix what we need its:
When you create a new team member, the platform send a message with a token to sign up, but the email its arriving without design, only you can see the html, so we need to show correctly.
We have another new features to do in this, but first we need fix ASAP.
