Fix 4 security issues in my web app (php backend + angularjs frontend)

My server:

- php backend
- angularjs frontend
- nginx

In my web app there are 4 security issues.
I have attached my pen test.
Please have a look at page 8 to 12.

The 4 security issues need to be fixed.

1) Broken Access Control
2) Sensitive Data Exposure
3) Broken Authentication
4) Cross Site Scripting

After you have fixed them, the pen test will be repeated.
This project will be completed when the pen test indicates that these security issues are no longer present.
