Fix rebasing Issue with traverse.money

Here is what i can gather to save you some time
1) Staking and distributor contract epoch times are not the same
2) Maybe issue is from locker Bonus? I've added some locker bonus manually much earlier before to distribute manually and it worked
3) But once we turned on distributor it gets stuck and does not allow people to stake/unstake when timer comes up
4) in line 414 _amount = _amount.add(rebase()) instead of rebase()
But not sure. However you need to provide a 100% fix and pass ownership if you have to deploy a new contract
I cannot give you ownership of any contract, if we need to do any write contract functions you tell me what to do and i will call it
