Fix react/laravel project

I have an unfinished project that has 3 parts. It has a "users" area based on this theme:

This area of the project is where users can set up configurations to create custom forms for other people to upload products based on those forms. For example, you create a Category and which fields it will use. People go to their main page and can upload products filling a form that is created upon the category configuration.
The second area will display this products on a normal website using the following template:

The third area is an api that gets updated when new configurations or categories are made. This enables other systems to send their products via api to our project's database.
I need someone that understands the purpose of the app, tests in full whatever is there now and fixes/improves the code in order to launch it. You will have to use the app and spot the problems and/or make improvements as you keep using it. I will release money when tasks/bugs are completed. This could take between 1 week to 4 weeks of work depending on your skills. Please write "Description Read" on your bid and place a realistic bid. Thank you.
