Fix php problem

I have 3 small problems on my php web application,
To solve them, you must have experience with native php , JS and jQuery
application build on native php with mvp design pattern

Project time frame 24hrs

problems are:
Problem #1
after adding new pet, It must redirect to pateint view but sting message appear so I must click on back arrow

Problem #2
If I click on save button on the edit pateint page without making changes at any pet, it generate new empty pet ant it's wrong , it must redirect to the pateint view page without making any changes

Problem #3
If logined with user has role = 1 (admin) and select pet name from drop list, the data appear correct else if user role != 1 , no data appear , this function must be accessible for all users with role has permission to access the patient view page
