Before planning to move to a new hosting account, we did a backup and something went wrong.
The job. Fix the PhpBB forum, (it has no extensions or MODS) on its current host. Then move it with its database to the new host.
The database has already been backed up and imported to the database on the new hosting account and the backup file will be made available.
The logging in details and database name/password of the old and new hosting accounts will also be made available.
Both old and new hosting accounts are on iPage.com.
The new PHOBB installation can be a new clean install but is MUST retain its database.
