Fix one issue in one server

Hi!
I tried to upgrade de .PHP and I must to do something wrong.

Now this show this menssagen
No Loader is installed, please try to run this command or contact support: sh /scripts/update_ioncube restart

I like someone fix this issue. The server works with CENTOS WEB PANEL.
