Fix javascript selection

The project is wordpress based. The plugin is created in PHP , MySQL and ajax/javascript.
We have a problem of when a person selects a item it should lock another field.
It worked before but suddenly it stopped working.
so we need a person who understands , javascript, ajax, PHP, MySQL and Wordpress to work on this task
