Fix an issue on reinstall codeigniter project

Hello i have an issue when i reinstall codeigniter project on my hosting. Can you help me to solve the issue? I have reinstalled the CodeIgniter system, but when I try to log in with the username and password, an error screen appears after pressing the login button. Can you help me?
