Fix firebase notification sender limit ( IONIC )

I have users that approach the 1000 user and when i try to send a notification using firebase it shows an error message that contain this text (
Number of messages on bulk 1016 exceeds maximum allowed (1000) /n
Can someone help me out ? the API is written in Laravel standalone php language
