Fix few things on my Laravel Script Shop

I'm looking for someone who can fix my Laravel shop.
Should be done ASAP. Low budget (10$). Auto bid = STOP!
1. My website works only if I visit /public folder (www.domain.com/public) I want it work on main domain (domain.com)
2. Nothing happens when i click on add product (backend)
3. Send a notification to Whatsapp when order is placed
4. Compress images (less space, faster page load)
5. Automatically resize product preview images to 800x600 resolution
