Fix encoding database issue in Wordpress

Hello, I imported a full site with All IN ONE Migration plugin and now the Chinese version only show characters like:

????????? ?????????

I need this task to be done as soon as possible. Please type understood in the beginning of your proposal to understand you are not a bot.
