Fix core web vitals issues

I need someone to fix core web vitals issues. I am running a WordPress site - Aimerworld.com. I will make the payment after the problem solved. please only apply if you have experience.
I have applied all major free and paid WP plugins like wp rocket, Cloudflare, NitroPack but could not fix the issues.
Currently, I am using - Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster, Flying Pages by WP Speed Matters, Flying Scripts by WP Speed Matters, and PhastPress for improvement.
The cache plugin does not work on my site.
My site's desktop page speed insights score is already 99-100.
but there is no improvement in the desktop's core web vitals.
The mobile score is 65 -70.
