Fix contact page form
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
I have a website which has an existing contact page with form which user needs to complete then submit. The form has stopped working. I just need help to fix the form so it will submit (post) the fields to email address. There are only 4 fields:

First Name
Last Name
Message
