Fix contact form + captcha, and fix portfolio page.

2 issues:
A: CONTACT FORM.
1) fix existing contact form and ensure ReCaptcha V3 works (and ensure you can't submit form without completing recaptcha).
2) Ensure the two file uploads work **and make them "not required"
3) Make the two file uploads only limited to permitting the following file types: .jpg, .png, .svg, .gif, .pdf, .skp, .stl, .stp, .step, .obj, .txt
B: IMAGES PAGE - All the images and addresses are already present in the page code, but the page is not working.
1) the image sorting function is not working. Should be able to click on one of the types, and display only those images that correspond.
2) Lightbox is not working. When you click on an image, it should display the photo in front of the web-page, and have an "X" to close the image. Instead, currently, it simply navigates you to that image's address.
