Fix checkout issue with ZenCart

Our ZenCart shopping cart is customized to allow customers to checkout when shipping/handling is unknown at time of order / to be determined later. However, we're having trouble getting the checkout process to complete successfully since ZenCart is requiring a "shipping method." Looking for someone who can edit the code so that ZenCart will allow a successful checkout/order completion even if shipping/handling is 0.00. And also for you to hide the Total line, and just display the Subtotal.
