Fix calendar for delivery that was inserted in the final checkout page of a woocommerce site

Hello,
I changed the domain and the theme for a woocommerce site that has a working calendar for
delivery in the checkout, however as you can see in the attached pictures it is not working.
The code of the calendar is inserted in the php file that is also attached to this project
The deliverables of this project are:
1. Have the calendar working again
2. Fix the style of the section that contains the calendar and time for delivery
3. Insert comments in the code nex to the changes done
