Fix bugs and add one feature in my Codeigniter System

I have a Codeigniter based system that I need bugs fixed and a feature added. The bugs include but not limited to edits, deletions and additions not working as expected. This hinders usage of the system. I just need the flow to be flawless so that the system can be used without hitches.
The feature I need added is to have an area on the current user panel to customize his/her logo (which should show on his/her letterhead), address and contact details. This information should be displayed on letterheads, sick leaves etc generated by the user for his/her clients.This needs to be flexible to allow change of logo, address that is displayed on the documents.
