Fix bugs on my Laravel System

I have a Laravel system that I want some bugs and small modifications made.
1. There is a date that is not being saved, I would like that date to save because it's supposed to show on a schedule and also on dependent reports.
2. There is a modal that is not closing when you click on the Save button. The modal is supposed to close and reload the page when the response is successful or not.
3. There is a certain tab view that is not showing data but rather JSON response as per screenshot 1 attached.
