Fix Zen Cart timing out when clicking Checkout and 403 Permission Denied when trying to save some products

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me fix two issues with my two Zen Cart websites.

Issue 1: Timing out when clicking Checkout
- I am using Zen Cart version 1.5.6c
- This is the first time I am experiencing this issue
- The installations have recently moved to a different host but the hosting environment should be pretty much the same.

Issue 2: 403 Permission Denied when trying to save some products
- I am using Zen Cart version 1.5.6
