Fix Yii Ordering System (Delivery Zones, Minimum Order, Delivery Costs) + Thermal Printer Setup

Description:
We are using Karenderia Multiple Restaurant System (link here
) for our online food ordering. The system is already installed and running, but we need the following issues fixed:
Delivery zones → Currently customers can order from all postal codes. Orders should only be accepted from specific, pre-defined postal codes.
Minimum order value → Not enforced. Customers should only be able to place an order if the set minimum amount is reached.
Delivery costs → Not working correctly. Costs should be calculated automatically based on zone/postal code.
Thermal printer setup → Software is already installed, but the printer needs to be properly connected and configured so orders print directly.
