Fix WooCommerce to Xero Automation on Make.com

We need an automation expert to fix our current Make.com scenario that integrates WooCommerce and Xero together when a customer places an order on our website. The specific issue is that order data is not syncing correctly from WooCommerce to Xero when a customer places an order. The web order comes through to Xero (using Make.com scenario) to firstly create a new contact (unless customers is already on our system) and then a new Xero invoice for that order. The details in the created Xero invoice are not quite matching up to the web order regarding VAT (tax) and a couple of other pieces of info.
