Fix Whatsapp cloud api issue

I am looking for an experienced developer to fix an issue I am experiencing with the official Whatsapp cloud API. Specifically, I am unable to send messages using the API. I have already tried troubleshooting steps, but none of them have worked.
We use Whatso tool to send bulk whatsapp messges. We were using it for couple of months and then suddenly it stopped working. I suspect access token expired but I am not able to fix the issue. Whatso tool support team is not providing any help. I need someone who knows how it works and sort the issue.
