Fix Website Media Display Issues

My website is experiencing issues where images in the media/library are not appearing. Additionally, links or tools/plugins, when clicked, do not display anything. This problem arose after I recently updated some plugins and themes. Note also that newly uploaded images displays

I need someone to troubleshoot and fix these issues.
