Fix Website Issues On Digital Ocean

Hey Freelancers,
We have a website that is connected to Cloudflare and is hosted on Digital Ocean that is down. Unfortunately, we are not well versed with Digital Ocean and the connection with Cloudflare, so this is a bit out of our realm. So all we currently need at this moment is the following:
1. Diagnose as to why the website is down on the Digital Ocean hosting platform.
2. See where the issue is with the Digital Ocean and Cloudflare connection.
3. Get the website back up and running/loading as it should be.
For those who know Digital Ocean, this should be a pretty straight forward task. After the website is back up and running on Digital Ocean, there's a chance that we may also hire you to migrate the website to a different hosting provider. But that will come after this is fixed first. The website is on the Ruby on Rails platform and there is an extension of the website that is on WordPress.
