Fix WCPA Plugin Metadata Saving Issue

I'm experiencing an issue with the WCPA plugins on my WooCommerce site. The metadata isn't saving properly. I need a professional to help me resolve this problem.

Fix metadata WCPA (WordPress Custom Product Addons) plugins for making role from ID Product Woocommerce and ID Product Element field what the people buy.

Ex:
People buy Elementary class 4 with English Class n then:
ID Products 164= n1= 'sd'
In ID Element: 'select_0646000991' choose Option 4 | Value kelas 4, so n2= '4' (from value field)
In ID Element: 'select-2921271781' choose Option 2 | Value English Language, so n3= 'english_language' (slug)

So, process for making role is: n1_n2_n3= sd_4_english_language

The problem is, i don't know where is metadata save in phpMyAdmin. Because what, just can read n1 n Addons Product is null.

If you can fix this, please tell me something that convinces me, that you are capable of doing this n give me best budget n how longtime you can fix it.
