Fix Several Problems on Website built using YII framework
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a few things fixed in a website built with the YII Framework.
The website lives at https://dev.sankatylight.com/yii_web/
It has a working "contact us" page, which resides at https://dev.sankatylight.com/yii_web/contact
There are three other pages that appear to have the same "contact us" functionality, but there is a problem with them such that errors occur with captcha.

I need the contact submission functionality on the three pages above fixed so that they function the same as the component on the "contact us" page which resides at https://dev.sankatylight.com/yii_web/contact.
On the home page, in the middle of the screen is a blue "Learn More" button.
It currently links to the /about page.
I need the blue "Learn More" button changed so it links to the "/yii_web/images/2020-8-27_SankatyLight_DigitalPDFBrochure.pdf" instead of to the "/about" page.
Fixing the three pages with the "contact us" functionality that does not work may involve finding and making changes to content in the database, or the content may be hidden away in some area of the file system.
I couldn't find it, so I need someone who knows this stuff better than I do to figure out how to correct the above listing things, and then make the corrections.
I also need a document that explains exactly what changes were made to fix the issue so I can go in and see the actual code you added in the resource where you added it.
