Fix Project Gutenberg Books Api import php code

I am looking for a developer to fix the import code for my Project Gutenberg Books Api. it imports books and save them to my wordpress as product post type
The code attach works so there isnt much to do, do not over bid, read below this is what needs to be fixed
1. Duplicate books being added, currently guttenberg book id is matched to wordpress woocommerce products meta value book_id, if book id found do nothing, if its not found add book
2. project gutenberg book api dont have book category, its has subjects and loc, ive added keywords that should be detected and retreive certain books, this is not working fully
3. when i try to run this code via cron it times out and crash my server
everything else in code works
