Fix a Paypal Connection Problem

Hello,

I need someone to help me connect my Paypal to my woocommerce
I use PayPal Payments, but it can't connect.

When I click on this :
PayPal Payments is almost ready. To get started, connect your account.
It's working during few seconds, then nothing happen.

After pushing the Activate Paypal Button, ihave:

First try :
Something went wrong on our end
We're sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request right now. Please try again shortly.

After another try:
We could not complete the onboarding process. Some features, such as card processing, will not be available. To fix this, please try again.
