Fix Payment Function - built by PHP - Codeigniter

we have a system which is built by PHP - Codeigniter
the idea is similar to Shopify
we run this business for 2 years
we have an issue with our vendors ( clients ) about payment integrations
- some customer orders when they purchase its show paid by the vendor he didn't receive the money
- some customer orders show PAID but the vendor does not receive the order
we use for now 2 third-party companies for payment integration and they are local companies
we can provide the API Document
we are running this business and we have daily 100 oof transactions belonging to our vendors
so who will work on this project he should understand that the mistake or issue should be 0%
the system should NOT BE DOWN for any single minutes

The first task if fix and Debug the payment, and need to add a page to see any transaction page shown as if successful or declined, or canceled
so in super admin, we can check all payment process
after fixing this issue and checking with our vendors we have new features we need to build in this project and we can work for a long business relationship
