Fix Page Scrolling / Design Scroll issue -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking a skilled web developer or designer to fix the page scrolling issue. The show times (blue area) of my web site moves in different directions when using mouse on pc or fingers on mobile. It causes tv channel logos / images and times to break when moving the page in different directions. The web site blue area should only move up and down or left / right when using the circle arrows.
Also the SHOW TIMES shift up and down that is a little out of place when user scrolls up / down.
Try viewing my site on a mobile device, then take your fingers on the blue area and move the page in a circle and different directions, notice how images break / pull away and the same for the TIMES of the day,

I will give SFTP and SSH access. There is no cpanel. The server is a linux VPS. The site is a custom PHP, Python Bottle, CSS web site. It's a small web site less than 500 MB.
I have been told this could be issue with the design or view port. Either way, this is a small project with a small payout (budget). Must work with my budget, as I am a non profit christian company. We have small budgets.
