Fix PHP Script For Proxy Connection

Hi, I have a PHP script installed on my server that has a Proxy feature included, this feature is not working and the proxies are not added or not working, I need someone with good experience to fix that issue and let the proxies work fine on my PHP script, preferable backend developer with a server technical background.

I will give more details about my server and PhP script for the right one.
