Fix PHP Contact Form

I have an old html website http://internationalshippingcompanies.co/ that has an outdated FormMail.pl script that sends the email after the contact form is filled out. I need to update it to PHP script. I tried using online converter at tectite.com to change it from .pl to .php but it didn't work, see it here: http://internationalshippingcompanies.co/test-index.html
I need to get this .php scrip working.
