Fix OpenCart and cPanel email -- 2

We have an ecommerce site built on OpenCart and we use cPanel to manage our server. Right now email notifications are not getting out and we need help getting everything setup correctly. We just upgraded servers. We need someone that knows OpenCart and cPanel extremely well as several people have been unable to figure this out.
