Fix Non-Loading WordPress Site

My WordPress site is not loading. I'm seeing a blank page with a loading egg timer, and the browser doesn't display the page or the admin dashboard (wp-admin).

Milestone 1: fix loading issue and show home page

Milestones 2 and 3 after
Rules:

Must work every day if required, no days off or taking whole weekend off once passwords have been given.

Updates on fix and issues must given through freelancer chat every couple hours.

Payment not till milestones are completed, all work must be done by freelancer not by other teams, no including any plugins or code or themes that are trial based. milestone completion will be tested before release, your quote and pricing for work must not be changed. Don't ask for help as im not a developer. You must be fully experienced in Coding in PHP and wordpress and mysql.

I'm looking for a freelancer who can diagnose and resolve this issue quickly.
