Fix and Migrate old site to new

I am looking for a developer who can fix and migrate my old custom-built site to a new custom-built platform. I have access to the old server but do not have any backups of the site. The ideal candidate should have experience with custom-built sites and be able to handle data migration smoothly. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of website security to ensure that the new site is secure.
