Fix Laravel Website and Send eMail Function

I have a website that reports author earnings on their published books. The site is not working correctly after an update to Laravel. The site is supposed to send recovery emails, but it is now throwing an error. This could involve updating the code and/or DNS settings on the site. You will be given access to update all if needed, or you can supply information on updating the DNS with the registrar. You will need the skills to work with Laravel, PHP, MySQL and DNS settings. This will be an hourly job.
