Fix Laravel Script - Small Errors

Hello,
I have a script it's installed and working but it displays some errors and I need to fix these.
The Script is in Laravel uses PHP 7.x.
The problem is it sometimes displays an error Something Went Wrong when I click on submit buttons, and sometimes it just doesn't display the error I click the Submit button and it does nothing.
Sometimes the script works fine and the buttons work fine too.
I don't know where the problem is.
I can give you access to script and cPanel.
