Fix Laravel API & Selcom Integration & SMS Order Status

I'm facing critical issues with my Laravel API impacting Selcom Payment Gateway. I need a skilled Laravel developer to resolve these issues.
Task 1: Selcom Payment Gateway Modification Issue
- The integration was functional before we attempted to add order SMS status. Post this modification, orders ceased appearing on the front end.
- The previous in-house developer made numerous errors during the payment integration.
- The source code contains all necessary integration files.
Task 2: SMS Notification Implementation
- Currently, SMS is operational for OTP verification.
- I need a developer to enable SMS notifications during checkout for successful orders and when the order status transitions from "Prepared", "Ready", "On the way", to "Delivered".
