Fix LSCache to work without plugins

Hi, I tried to follow this step below to do to work the LSCache (using Cyberpanel):

But anything till now.

Obs:
* LSCache is installed and turn on, but it doesn't work.
* I use cloudfare proxy.

Target:
1. Find a way to work the LSCache;
2. Set cache purge
