Hi there,
We are experiencing a 500 internal server error with our WooCommerce site.
This error happens whenever we attempt to edit a custom product page template (using Porto theme)
We have disabled all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor, Elementor Pro, Porto Functionality.
We have contacted the theme developer who are saying that the problem is with Elementor Pro, and we have also contacted Elementor Pro who are saying that the issue is with Porto (theme)
Your task is to identify the cause of the issue and create a fix for it.
We are not looking for someone just to identify the problem, we need this fixed also so please be confident in your bid that you can do this.
Log file errors and video of the issue will be supplied over chat.
