Fix Html5 Contact Form & Speed

I need help with two small issues on my HTML5 page.

1. Contact Form Issue:
- The form does not send information upon submission.
- Should send an email using PHP mail function.

2. Improve Loading Speed:
- The website's loading time is too slow.
- Focus on improving server response time.
