Fix Glitch in the Geo Zones funcgtion in my OpenCart

The GeoZones function, which controls the shipping prices, has stopped working. When I try editing it, it wipes out all the data. When I try to restore country I get a screen saying my store can't handle the request. Attached are (1) a screenshot of the Geozones page on the dashboard. (2) A screenshot of the warning screen. This is very specific to the OpenCart platform so prior experience with OpenCart twig files is required.
