Fix Flynax CMS PHP website which has some issues and make few design changes

I have wasted $3000 here on freelancer with 3 different freelancers and wasted 8 months now just trying to fix one simple website. YOU MUST BE EXTREMELY SKILLED IN DIFFERENT CMS (CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS). Flynax CMS experience is extremely necessary but if you have high php skills then maybe we can work things out. im almost broke ive wasted $400 on another freelancer to do this same doucment and they wasted time and asked for release money early and then suddenly said they had "accident" and blocked me. i only trust people now who will accept milestone only and release after whole project compelte. a skilled person only would need 7 days max but can finish even earlier. please help
