Dynamic site with big content (it's old - needs updating eg CI3). So, we need you to update everything, make changes, fix errors... eg with Bootstrap/ old version... old code is causing on-page display issues in PC/Tab/Mobile views... There are also DB upload issues... and the site crashes every few days...). We'd prefer to have an investigation.
