Fix/Edit ChargePanda to allow Fire Updates being available to Customers

We have bought a script off codecanyon called ChargePanda. The authorization does not Response to Tickets anymore.
The script is to resell files. Upon purchase customers will be able to download files. Incase of there being an update on a file we would like to add an additional file version.
The script is built on laravel and is using laravel-mediable.
We need help on fixing an issue where customers that have ordered something are not able to see files that are added after the purchase.
I already have a fix in mind and the code location that has the malfunctioning code. This should take a experienced developer less than an hour therefor the budget is as low.
