Fix Coupon option in opencart journal theme

I have an online store uses opencart + journal theme. I have an issue with checkout page. The discount coupon option is not visable ( the div hight is 0 ) and when I figur out a way to reach to the coupon testbox and button and try to apply the coupon, nothing happen. I need somone to help fixing this issue and making sure the coupon button is functioning and applying the discount once clicked.
