Fix Constant WP Site Crashes and Errors

Our WordPress websites are experiencing frequent crashes, resulting in errors like 503 or 508. These crashes prevent visitors from accessing the sites and can even bring down other websites on our shared hosting plan.

We currently use cPanel and have a shared, small hosting plan. In the past, our hosting provider has increased the number of processes and even moved the site to a dedicated server, but the crashing issues persisted.

What You'll Do

- Investigate the root cause of the website crashes
- Implement a permanent solution to prevent future crashes and ensure website stability
- Address any security vulnerabilities that may be contributing to the crashes
- If necessary, perform speed optimization for both websites (previous attempts by an optimization agency were unsuccessful)
- Collaborate with our team to understand the business needs and ensure the solution prioritizes the stability of our commercial website.

- Extensive experience developing and troubleshooting complex WordPress websites
- A proven ability to resolve security, performance, and error resolution issues
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress security best practices
- Experience with website optimization techniques

- Experience working with shared hosting environments and cPanel (without root access)
- Experience troubleshooting bot attacks and implementing preventative measures (we use Cloudflare and BlogVault)
